William E. Reed Auditorium Function Manager
The Prince Hall Grand Lodge Board of Directors seeks qualified candidates for the position of Function Manager. This a part-time position with a start date of 15 February, 2022.
The Function Manager will report to the Chairman of the Board of Directors
Job Overview:
The Function Manager will manage the calendar of events for the Reed Auditorium and will oversee the logistics of preparing for and executing calendared events.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Schedule all events for the Reed Auditorium and keep an accurate calendar of such.

Secure/maintain all licensing needed for events.

Be present at all scheduled events.

Coordinate all cleaning and setup associated with scheduled events.

Inventory and ordering of necessary supplies.

Able to maintain office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm – 8pm.

Prepare and submit event an event summary and balance sheet for following each event.
