William E. Reed Auditorium Bar Manager
The Prince Hall Grand Lodge Board of Directors seeks qualified candidates for the position of Bar Manager. The successful candidate should be available to begin immediately.
The Bar Manager will report to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Job Overview:
Working closely with the Function Manager, the Bar Manager will be responsible for all aspects of liquor service in the William E. Reed Auditorium.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Accurate accounting of liquor and bar supply inventory.

Assure proper inventory and staffing for all scheduled events.

Proper maintenance and upkeep of all POS hardware and software.

Be present at all scheduled events.

Coordinate all cleaning and setup of bars, fixed and portable.

Submit a monthly inventory report of all liquor products.

Prepare and submit a bar summary and balance sheet following each event.

Supervision of bar staff
Qualifications:

Experience working in a bar environment preferred.

Experience working with a POS system preferred.

Strong customer service skills

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to lead

Flexible and able to make necessary adjustments in real-time
